Export

Intrastat

Intrastat is a statistical system monitoring the circulation of goods between EU Member States, that is, between the Czech Republic and other EU Member States, where these goods were sent from the Czech Republic to another EU Member State or were received to the Czech Republic from another EU Member State, when they actually crossed the state border of the Czech Republic.

The obligation to start reporting data to Intrastat arises for legal and natural citizens who are registered or identified for VAT in the Czech Republic, are sending the goods to another Member State or receiving goods from another Member State and reach the threshold for reporting.

The threshold for reporting is set at 8,000,000 CZK - separately for sent and received goods.
