Support for a local running event in Opava
This year, for the first time, RKL Opava sponsored the 14th edition of the Witzenmann Opava Mile race, which brought a record number of runners of all ages to the centre of Opava.

82% of employees participated in the survey, and the results show very high satisfaction with the work environment and exceptionally high trust in company leadership (97–100%).
The highest-rated areas include
- a responsible approach to work,
- loyalty,
- professionalism,
- and good workplace relationships.
Conversely, we see room for improvement primarily in the areas of
- communication,
- use of IT tools,
- process knowledge,
- and employee training.
The results confirm that RKL Opava is a stable company with a positive work atmosphere.
The feedback we received provides us with an important foundation for the further development of both the company and our employees.
