Job description

• management of a modern warehouse handling pharmaceuticals, food products, ADR (hazardous) goods, and other products
• cooperation with multinational companies
• leadership and responsibility for a team of 40 employees across multiple projects
• optimization of warehousing and distribution processes
• preparation of pricing proposals and tender documentation
• communication with customers and business partners regarding warehousing and distribution processes

We demand

• strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and a responsible approach to work
• high level of commitment and proven professional references
• previous experience in a warehouse management leadership role
• excellent leadership, organizational, and people management skills
• flexibility, resilience under pressure, decisiveness, goal orientation, and a proactive mindset
• good computer skills
