Support for a local running event in Opava
This year, for the first time, RKL Opava sponsored the 14th edition of the Witzenmann Opava Mile race, which brought a record number of runners of all ages to the centre of Opava.
A visit from Storvik Holding AS to RKL Opava

We welcomed representatives from Storvik Holding a.s. to the RKL Opava premises – Siri Sande, Chief Marketing and Sustainability Officer from Norway, and Kristýna Kočová from the Prague office, who handles administration and logistics.
The meeting took place as part of our ongoing collaboration with RKL Slévárna, which is already supplying goods to Norway. We discussed further opportunities for developing and strengthening our presence in the Norwegian market.

Logistics is constantly on the move. On Sunday 6 September 2026, however, our colleagues swapped their work pace for a running pace and lined up together at the start of the Ostrava City Marathon.
